We want to ensure that the new hire is a values fit and culture fit.

The right skill set is only one factor in finding the perfect candidate. How your present can have a major impact on team morale and overall execution?

The candidate will go through 4 rounds as mentions below:
  • Pre-assessment Test

    We evaluate your logic, your English skills, and your personalities in non-interrupted 30 minutes.

  • Assignment

    Its objective is to gauge your skills, give us an idea of how you approach tasks relevant to the job and provide us with some talking points.

  • Interview

    In the 60-minute interview, you would know more about Dwarves working style & philosophy, and impress us with your background and skills.

  • Culture

    This is an occasion for us to learn more about you in a casual way, and also for you to know about our team’s culture
